Whether you are new to the world of Dermal Fillers or you are a seasoned pro, we’ve got some interesting info and some inspiration for you:
FIRSTLY, WHAT IS DERMAL FILLER?
Dermal Filler is a term for an inject-able soft tissue substance called hyaluronic acid (HA). This substance is a naturally occurring compound in the human body that surrounds its molecules with water, providing a plumping affect. HA is safe, long lasting and provides immediate results. The injection treatment can last from 1 to 2 years before it breaks down evenly, gradually and naturally. Dermal fillers offer an alternative to invasive aesthetic procedures with the ability to lift, define and enhance many areas of the face and even hands without downtime, surgery or general anesthesia.
WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?
Most commonly, dermal fillers are used to enhance volume. Common areas treated for an increased volume effect are the lips, cheeks, under eye hollows and the hands. Fillers can also treat deep facial folds and fine lines like nasiolabial folds (laugh lines) and creases between the eyebrows. Something that not a lot of people about dermal fillers is that they are capable of doing so much more in the way of aesthetic enhancements. Using special techniques they can be used to contour the face, lift and define features.

Also known as the “instant facelift” or “non-surgical face lift,” this treatment involves combining dermal filler to various areas of the face as well as Botox@ to soften expression lines, lift the skin and reduce fine lines and dynamic folds.
