We are deeply dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Initial consultations are complimentary and helps us to better understand each individual’s skincare needs.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to fill out your skincare and medical history form and treatment consent forms.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you and it is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance.A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you.
If a cancellation is not within the above time frame and/or a late arrival results in your treatment needing to be rescheduled due to time constraints, you will be considered as a “no-show” and will be invoiced for $80.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is of our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your skincare products, please bring it in with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase date. We will exchange the full value of the returned product for another that may be more suited to your desired result. Gift cards and treatment packages are non-refundable.
