3D SKIN REJUVENATION TREATMENT FAQ:
Limelight™: This is relatively painless procedure that is comparable to a light snap of an elastic band. Our technician will adjust the intensity specifically to your skin tone and comfort level. The laser device is moved over the treatment areas quickly making the entire procedure over often in under 30 minutes.
Laser Genesis™: This is actually a quite relaxing treatment. Most patients compare it to laying in the hot sun and do not experience any discomfort during the procedure.
Titan™: You will feel a brief heating sensation during the pulse of the treatment. Some patients prefer to take a mild pain reliever like Advil or Tyler prior to treatment to minimize discomfort.
Limelight™: Depending on the severity of the aging and sun damage of the skin, 1 to 3 treatments are usually needed to produce optimal results. In some cases more treatments may be required depending on the individual’s desired results.
Laser Genesis™: Subtle results can be obtained within one treatment while dramatic results are achieved usually with 4 to 6.
Titan™: Most patients achieve their desired results with only one treatment. Our doctors will advise you if any additional treatments are needed.
Limelight™: You will begin to see results within a few weeks once the skin begins to regenerate and expel the treated pigments that have been heated up by the laser. Redness and discoloured areas will diffuse revealing a more even and brighter complexion.
Laser Genesis™: Full results generally appear within 3 to 6 weeks after treatments, with continued improvements with regular treatments.
Titan™: For some patients results begin to show immediately however most results are produced over 3 to 6 months when the collagen production has improved.
Men and women of any age can be treated. 3D Skin Rejuvenation is also safe for all skin types. Most skin tones are also suitable.
Side effects are minimal but you may experience redness and swelling for a few hours to a few days following treatment.
