SKIN GYM SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Terms

This agreement is made between Skin Solution Clinic and the Skin Gym Monthly Subscription subscriber, hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber.

Payment Terms:
The Subscriber agrees to make monthly payments to Skin Solution Clinic for the Skin Gym Monthly Subscription.
The monthly payment amount is outlined in the chosen package per month for a total of 6 months.

Subscription Duration:
The Subscriber agrees to maintain the Skin Gym Monthly Subscription for a minimum term of 6 months.
The subscription term will begin on the first payment date and end on the last payment date.

Payment Schedule:
Payments are due on the same day of each month.
The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time.

Subscription Cancellation:
The Subscriber acknowledges that the subscription cannot be canceled before the 6-month term is completed.
In the event that the Subscriber wishes to cancel the subscription before the term is over, they will still be liable for the remaining payments.

Agreement Acceptance:
By clicking ‘AGREE’, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.
